Park Ridge Blotter: Man Charged After Allegedly Yelling At Picture

Reckless Driving Charged

Donald Dodge, 53, of 1334 Elliot Ave., Park Ridge, was charged with reckless driving and no proof of insurance at 12:10 a.m. Monday, June 10. He was pulled over for allegedly driving at 56 mph in a 25 mph zone on Northwest Highway at Greenwood Avenue.

Disorderly Conduct Charged

Hafner Gilot, 73, of 4849 N. Harding Ave., Chicago, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:33 a.m. Sunday, June 16. He allegedly came to Einstein Bagels, 23 S. Prospect Ave., and began yelling at a picture on the wall. He allegedly became aggressive toward employees and refused to leave at which time police were called.

Trespassing Charged

Mark F. Anderson, 34, of 736 E. Old Elm Rd., Lake Forest, was charged with criminal trespass to property at 9:05 p.m. Friday, June 14. He was allegedly intoxicated and refused to leave a home in the 200 block of N. Washington Avenue despite several requests.

DUI Charges

Karl E. Hoskins, 56, of 1047 Crabtree Ln., Des Plaines, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and blood alcohol content more than .08 percent at 12:37 a.m. Tuesday, June 11. He was pulled over in the 300 block of S. Crescent Avenue.

Driving Charges

A 17-year-old Chicago boy was charged with no valid driver’s license at 11:35 p.m. Monday, June 10. He was stopped in the 600 block of W. Touhy Avenue.

Maxym Uzunov, 33, of 9837 Lawrence Ct. #2S, Schiller Park, was charged with speeding between 26 and 35 mph over the limit and no proof of insurance. He was stopped in the 500 block of N. Northwest Highway at 10:28 p.m. Thursday, June 13.

Miguel A. Vazquez-Bahena, 29, of 4057 South Ave., Chicago, was charged with no valid driver’s license and operation of a motor vehicle while using a communication device. He was pulled over in the 600 block of S. Cumberland Avenue at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, June 13.

Ariana Morales, 29, of 852 E. Touhy Ave., Des Plaines, was charged with no valid driver’s license and no headlights at 5:07 a.m. Friday, June 14. An officer stopped her in the 1800 block of Oakton Street.

Iosif I. Necsi, 60, of 2538 Maple St., Franklin Park, was charged with no valid driver’s license after a traffic stop in the 1100 block of W. Touhy Avenue. Police pulled him over at 10:23 p.m. Friday, June 14.

Burglary Reported

A laptop computer was taken from a vehicle in the 700 block of S. Clifton Avenue between 4:45 and 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 12.

Stolen Vehicles

A running and unattended 2016 Chevrolet was taken from the 1900 block of Parkside Drive at about 8:15 p.m. Saturday, June 8. It was later recovered, police said.

A 2016 Ford was taken from the first block of Home Avenue between Sunday, June 9 and Thursday, June 13.

Warrant Apprehension

Karen E. Reed, 50, of 7540 N. Ridge Blvd. #2F, Chicago, was served an outstanding warrant from Kane County for violation of an order of protection. She was taken into custody during a traffic stop in the 600 block of W. Touhy Avenue at 11:59 p.m. Saturday, June 15.

Vandalism Reports

The windshield and another window were broken on a 2012 Ford in the 2300 block of Windsor Mall between 10:30 p.m. Thursday, June 6 and 5 a.m. Friday, June 7.

Someone carved markings into the front door of a home in the 400 block of Ascot Avenue between 6 and 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 12.

A home was egged in the 500 block of Knight Avenue between 5 and 7 p.m. Thursday, June 13.
