Two Charged In Alleged Bad Drug Deal

An alleged drug deal gone bad led to charges against two men in Rolling Meadows the evening of Nov. 7.

Pawel W. Mosio, 23, of 1755 Seward St., Roselle, was charged with disorderly conduct for filing a false police report; Craig D. Jordan, 23, of 2015 Greenfield Rd., Hoffman Estates, was charged with unlawful manufacture or distribution of a look-alike substance.

Mosio allegedly agreed to purchase marijuana from Jordan for a price of $5,550, police said. After the men made the deal at a gas station in the 2000 block of Hicks Road, Mosio determined the material he purchased was not marijuana. Mosio then called 911 and told police Jordan robbed him at gunpoint while Mosio was trying to purchase a vehicle. Police determined the facts during questioning.
