NorthShore To Utilize BG Office Space
Buffalo Grove officials granted the partial filling of a vacant office building on Lake Cook Road to NorthShore University HealthSystem.
The building at 650 Lake Cook was originally used by Zierk's Furniture.
The building floor area is approximately 28,826 sq. ft. NorthShore's operation is expected to span 10,353 sq. ft. with an additional 2,676 sq. ft. for storage.
The property has 61 parking spaces. Five additional spaces will be provided in the loading dock area on the north side of the building.
Additionally, the property has easement rights to use 30-offsite spaces along the access road north of the site.
The property is located a few blocks east of Arlington Hts. Road.
