ALCOHOL
CHARGES
Priscilla Duda, 19, of 4624 N. New England Ave., Harwood Heights, and an 18-year-old River Grove man were charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at 1:45 a.m. Aug. 9. They were taken into custody when officers investigated a report of a loud party at Sheraton Suites Hotel, 6501 Mannheim Rd.
GAS THEFT
REPORTED
Someone pumped gasoline valued at $32 into a brown car at Mobil, 9401 W. Higgins Rd., and left without paying. The theft occurred at 1:33 p.m. Aug. 8.
DRIVING
CHARGES
Uve D. Bell, 22, of 7804 S. Morgan St., Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended driver's license and expired registration at 11:08 a.m. Aug. 6. An officer stopped him in the 7000 block of Mannheim Road for the alleged registration violation.
APARTMENTS
BURGLARIZED
A television, two video game systems, a digital camera, clothing, jewelry, hair clippers, video games, and a sound system were taken from an apartment in the 10500 block of Touhy Avenue between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Aug. 7.
A lock was damaged on an apartment door in an apparent burglary attempt in the 10400 block of Betty Court. The incident occurred between 10:30 and 10:50 a.m. Aug. 6.
VANDALISM
REPORTED
The windshield was cracked on a black 2005 Volkswagen Jetta in the 6600 block of Mannheim Road between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Aug. 8.
