THEFT OF
SERVICE
A man from Middleburg Heights, Ohio left Holiday Inn Express, 6600 N. Mannheim Rd., without paying an outstanding bill of $44.11. When the clerk informed him of the charges at 1:15 p.m. June 30, he used an obscene phrase and fled in a white car.
DUI
CHARGE
Sabrina Delarosa, 25, of 3519 Lincoln St., Franklin Park, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended driver's license, disobeying a traffic control device, and speeding. At 2:23 a.m. July 1, police saw her allegedly go through two red lights on Higgins Road, one at Scott Street and the second in the 10200 block of Higgins. The officer paced her allegedly driving at 65 mph in a 40 mph zone and swerving from lane to lane until she pulled over after about 3/4 of a mile. She allegedly failed field sobriety tests and later refused to properly complete a breath test.

Police took three Chicago residents into custody at 2:07 a.m. July 3, all passengers in a vehicle stopped in the 9500 block of Higgins Road. Joseph C. Fries, 19, of 5860 N. Medina Ave., was charged with possession of cannabis while Danielle M. Depasquale, 19, of 4843 N. Merrimac Ave., and Ryan T. Hohenadel, 19, of 4646 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., were charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
CAR
BURGLARIZED
The stereo, a video game, and tools were taken from a black 1999 Saturn in the 9400 block of Glenlake Avenue. The burglary occurred between 10 p.m. July 1 and 6:32 a.m. July 2. Police found no signs of forced entry to the vehicle.
