Sleep Expo At Stephens Center

For people plagued by sleep and alertness problems and challenges, or just looking to be healthier and more productive, The Big Sleep Show (TBSS) in Rosemont is a dream come true.

The first-ever consumer health expo dedicated to sleep and alertness, TBSS brings a full slate of experts in sleep health and wellness to Rosemont's Donald E. Stephens Convention Center May 9 - 10 for a comprehensive series of interactive seminars and consumer exhibits ranging from bedding to pharmaceuticals.

Presentations and displays will promote the benefits of good sleep, including topics such as enhancing sleep environments, relaxation therapy, napping, understanding our personal "body clock" and the importance of new sleep research.

Sleep and alertness issues related to women, new parents, seniors, patients and caregivers also will be covered at the expo.
