Paris, Hair Extensions, Swing Through Rosemont

Celebrity Paris Hilton, known for her role on reality TV show "The Simple Life," visited Rosemont last week, showing off her hair extensions at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, according to reports.

During her visit, two convention patrons were arrested while trying to get a peek at Hilton.

According to police, people started crowding around the celebrity at 5:47 p.m. Sunday, Mar. 4. Yinghua Yang, 34, of 1220 Knollwood Dr. in Palatine was reportedly in that crowd and refused to move back when police asked people to disperse. When the man reportedly refused, he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Moments later, Katarzyna E. Milton, 25, of 3706 Saratoga in Joliet, also allegedly refused when asked to move. According to police, when repeatedly asked by a Rosemont man working as an auxiliary officer to back up, she reportedly said "F--- no" and hit the victim in the chest with her left index finger. She was charged with battery.

During Hilton's visit at the convention center, she signed autographs and promoted a new line of hair extensions.
