Stickers On Sale

Prospect Hts. 2010/2011 vehicle stickers are now on sale at City Hall.

Forms will be mailed to residents who are currently in the city database. Renewals by mail must be received by Mar. 25 in order to provide late fees. Also, new this year, residents must include an additional $1 postage and handling for renewals via mail.

City staff is also required to make sure residents purchased the 2009/10 sticker before issuing a 2010/11 sticker. If last year's sticker was not purchased, residents will be charged the sticker late fee for 2009/10 along with the new 2010/11 rate.

Effective Jan. 1, most vehicle stickers fees have been doubled for the year.

Other annual licenses on sale include those for pets and alarm systems. All licenses and stickers must be purchased by Mar. 31 to avoid late fees or tickets.

Pet licenses are $24 for first-time registrations and $12 for renewals. Alarm fees are $50 the first time and $40 for renewal.

Regular City Hall hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. During March, City Hall will be open on all Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning Mar. 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
