Prospect Hts. Man Gets Three Years For 3rd DUI

A Prospect Hts. man was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol on Monday, June 15.

Jose Ledezma, of the 700 block of Piper Lane, was stopped on May 5, 2009 at Hintz and Schoenbeck roads in Wheeling for speeding. He failed field sobriety tests and later recorded a .123 on a breath test.

According to court records, this was Ledezma's third conviction for DUI. In February 2007, he received 24 months of felony probation, and then was sentenced to one year in prison for another conviction in August of 2007.
