Prayer for Mary V. "Mae" Blake (nee Clchowski), 92, of Arlington Hts. was followed by mass at Our Lady of the Wayside Church in Arlington Hts. Visitation was yesterday. Entombment at All Saints Cemetery.
Mrs. Blake was born Feb. 12, 1914. She passed away Tuesday, Nov. 14 at Rosewood of Inverness.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gene J. Blake, Sr. and her sister Irene Lucary. She is survived by her dearest children Judith (James) Borgardt and Gene J. (Linda) Blake, Dds., her loving sisters Helen Dudeck, Adeline Bora, Dorothy (John) Bajus, and Evelyn Batdorf, her fond grandchildren Kimberly (Dale) Hupp, Brian (Heather) Borgardt, Jill (Darius) Szczekocki, Andrew Blake, and Betsy (Daren) Dusenske, and great grandchildren Meghan, Christopher, Jarrod, Blake, Braydon, Derek, and Dillon. She was loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Of Elk Grove Village
Mass and chapel prayers for Donald F. Butler, resident of Elk Grove Village since 1956, took place at St. Julian Eymard Church. Visitation was the previous day. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Mr. Butler was a 20 year employee of Belltone Electronics. He was a graduate of Loyola Univ. and an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He passed away on Sunday, Nov. 12 at Alexian Brothers Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his son Donald Butler, his parents Frank and Katherine Butler, his brothers James Butler and John Butler, and his sisters Katherine, Blanche, and Genevieve. He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Margaret Butler, his loving children Greg (Jackie) Butler, Tom Butler, Dan (Gail) Butler, Mike (Caren) Butler, Therese (John) Frawley, and Chris (Matt) Schoaf, and his cherished grandchildren Matt, Erin, Melissa, Ryan, Danielle, Natalie, Liam, Kelly, Tim, Brennan, Shea, Jack, Kieran, and Amanda.

Gerald "Jerry" Dhamer, 48, of Park Ridge was taken from us on Monday, Nov. 13. Funeral mass took place on Saturday at St. Paul of the Cross Church. Visitation was the previous day. Interment private.
Mr. Dhamer was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Dhamer, and his sisters Jean Ellen and Suellen. He is survived by his beloved wife Cathy (nee Malinowski) Dhamer, his devoted children Katie and Jerry, his mother Geraldine (nee Stubing), his dear siblings Roberta "Robin" (Randal) Roesslein, Donna (the late Tom) Archer, Donald A. (Bonnie) Dhamer, and James F. (Monica) Dhamer. Mr. Dhamer was cherished son-in-law to Dennis and Roberta Malinowski and dear brother-in-law of Chris (Ken) Petray. He was loved and adored by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and a good friend to all.

A funeral service for Kathryn "Katy" Elizabeth Graham, 80, a 48 year resident of Arlington Hts., will be tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Arlington Hts. Memorial visitation will be today from 3 to 8 p.m. at Glueckert Funeral Home in Arlington Hts. Interment private.
Mrs. Graham was born June 6, 1926 in Princeton, Ill. to Josef and Grace (nee Peterson) Skinner. She served for 30 years as Park Commissioner of Arlington Hts. and volunteered over 5,000 hours at Northwest Community Hospital, where she passed away Saturday, Nov. 11.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, George S. Skinner. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Bruce C. Graham, her children Beckay (Thomas) Mezza and Peggay (David) McCallum, her sister Mary Win Norris, her grandchildren Graham J. (Brier) Nelson and Hank Mezza, and her great grandchildren Ellis Nelson and Garrett Nelson.

A funeral service for Robert L. Gunderson, 81, of Park Ridge, was held on Saturday, Nov. 18 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
Visitation took place on Friday, Nov. 17 at Ryan-Parke Funeral Home. Interment was at Maine Cemetery.
Mr. Gunderson was born on Jan., 28, 1925 in Oak Park. He died on Nov. 14, 2006 at his home in Park Ridge.
Mr. Gunderson is preceded in death by his grandson Corey and his brother Henry.
He is survived by his wife Marcia, children Mark (Mary Ann) Moller-Gunderson and Gary (Janette), grandchildren David, Maria, Rheanna, and Jennah, sister Maggie Bednar, brothers Roy and Joseph, and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Clarence H. Haut, 83, of Mt. Prospect took place at the Meadows Funeral Home in Rolling Meadows.
Mr. Haut was born March 12, 1923 in Chicago. An Army Veteran of World War II, he worked for many years as a floral designer.
He is preceded in death by his wife Litta Haut and his sister Mildred. He is survived by his sons Richard (Kathy) Haut and Mark (Cheri) Haut.

A funeral Mass for Augustus Hennelly, 86, took place on Friday, Nov. 17 at St. Margaret Mary Church. Interment was at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines. Visitation was on Thursday, Nov. 16 at Cooney Funeral Home in Park Ridge.
Mr. Hennelly was a native of Manulla Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland.
His wife Brigid nee Martin and his brothers Charles and John preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children James (Molly), Mary, Gerald (Cheryl) and Peggy (George) Maniates; his grandchildren Michael, Zachary, Jeremy, Hannah, Samantha, Jamie, Jessica, Samantha, Patrick, Brigid, Katherine and Rose; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for David Hoppe, 91, of Niles took place at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Mr. Hoppe was born January 14, 1915 in Chicago. He worked as a maintenance supervisor. He was a 50-year life member of the Lions Club and board member of the Niles School Dist. 71 for 41 years. He passed away Thursday, Nov. 16 at home.
He is preceded in death by his wife Charlotte and his parents, Carl and Marie (nee Ruppl) Hoppe. He is survived by his daughters Linda Hoppe and Gloryana (William) Angus, his grandchildren William (Candyce) Angus, David (Susan) Angus, and Dawn (Toni) Dieder, and his great grandchildren Joseph, Geneva, Kelly, William and Ava.

Funeral services for Vivian M. Kurr, 80, of Niles took place on Saturday, Nov. 18 at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home and St. John Brebeuf Church. Visitation was the previous day. Interment at Maryhill Cemetery.
Mrs. Kurr was born on July 6, 1926 in Chicago. She worked as an office employee. She passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at Lutheran General Hospital.
Mrs. Kurr is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard P. Kurr and her parents, John Lapasinski and Lottie (nee Sobolewski) Lapasinski. She is survived by her children Jerry (Vickie) Kurr, Jan (Dr. John) Fitzgerald, Jon (Sandy) Kurr, her sister Joan (Tom) Krysinski, and her grandchildren Liz, Mary, Clare, Tena, Morgan, Amy, and Torie. She was great grandmother of six and aunt and great aunt of many.

A funeral service for Dorothy Matzl, 85, of Des Plaines, formerly of Elk Grove Village, will be held at a later date. Interment is private.
Mrs. Matzl was born Aug. 29, 1921 in Chicago. She was a homemaker. She volunteered for Elk Grove Village Senior Center and worked in social services. She passed away Sunday, Nov. 19 in Schaumburg.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Herman Matzl. She is survived by her children Norm (Nancy) Matzl, Barbara (Brian) Henneman, and David Matzl, her grandchildren Bryan (Kelly) Matzl, Jeff (Jennifer) Matzl, Steve (Tara) Matzl, Whitney (John) Thompson, David (Jaime) Henneman, Valerie (Mark) Hoenig, Sarah Matzl, Ben Matzl, Tim Matzl, and her great grandchildren Mikaela, Chase, Jake, Will, Zach, Conner, Joseph, Nicholas, Samantha, and Logan.

A funeral service for Rosemary T. McCarty nee Cieslak, 75, will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25, at Oehler Funeral Home in Des Plaines with Deacon Norbert Ciesil presiding. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines. Visitation will be on Friday, Nov. 24, from 3 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. McCarty was born on Nov. 14, 1931 in Evanston. She was an administrator assistant for Allstate and State Farm insurance companies. She was also a member of Morton Grove American Legion Aux. Post 134 and the Northfield Little League. She died on Nov. 20, 2006 at Abington of Glenview.
Her husband William M. McCarty and her sister Delores Whalen preceded her in death.
Her children Michael F. (Tania) McCarty II and Kevin W. McCarty and her grandchildren Meghan, Michael III, Ray, Tiana, Shannon, Kevin and Ryan survive her.

Mrs. EcEvilly was born June 25, 1929 in Chicago. She passed away Sunday, Nov. 19 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Hts.
She is preceded in death by her brothers Donald Zimmermann and Thomas Zimmermann and her grandson Jay Biermann. She is survived by her husband, Jerome MeEvilly, her children Christine (Jim) Beschtad, Jerome (Gail) McEvilly, Jr., Kathleen McEvilly, John (Nancy) McEvilly, her siblings Rita (the late Ed) Nelson, Carol (the late Bud) Joyce, Jim (Sherry) Zimmermann, Peggy (Jim) Fredrick, and Terri (the late Ed) Schulien, her grandchildren Scott (Kristie) Konnen, JoAnn (Christopher) Golbeck, Mitchell Langer, Sean (Anna) McEvilly, Amanada McEvilly, Sarah McEvilly, and Joseph (Lindsey) McEvilly, and her great grandson Kody Konnen.

Miss Poncher was a graduate of Conant High School. She died on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006 at her home.
Her parents Randy A. and Karen D. Poncher nee Jahnke, her siblings Patrick (Emily) and David Poncher, and her nieces and nephews Sam Poncher and Olivia Lenske survive her.

Ms. Quinn was born Aug. 17, 1929 in Milwaukee, Wi.
She was preceded in death by her brother Ernest Hartmann. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Quinn, her children Raymond (Karen) Quinn and Cheryl (Mike) Rosolie, her brother Gerald (Mary) Hartmann, and her grandchildren Kelly Quinn, Michael Quinn, and Brian Rosolie.

Interment at Assumption Cemetery in Glenwood, Ill. Friends may visit with the family today from 3 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Reading was formerly employed by Illinois Bell Telephone Co. as an operator during the Depression years. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Lansing, the St. Ann's Seniors, and the Lansing Seniors Citizens Club. She volunteered for funeral luncheons and at Lansing City Hall.
Mrs. Reading was preceded in death in by her husband, Clarence P. Reading, her daughter Elizabeth "Betty" Truesdale, and her brother Ed Zielinski. She is survived by her children Thomas (Eileen) Reading and Marilyn (David) Spencer, her siblings Irene Dudley, Florence Loizzo, and John (June) Carroll, her grandchildren Lisa (John) Folkers, Paula (John) Schick, and John (Brenda) Truesdale, and great grandchildren Evan Folkers and Elizabeth "Ellie" Folkers.

Mr. Sheehan, born in Chicago, was a retired associate judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County. He passed away Saturday, Nov. 18.
He is survived by his beloved wife Eva (nee Bauer) Sheehan, his loving children Michael (Maureen) Sheehan, Timothy Sheehan, Terrence (Kerry) Sheehan, and Kathleen Sheehan, his dear siblings Ellen (the late Don) Carroll, Maureen (Thomas) Joyce, Patrick (Margaret) Murray, Regina (James) Murray, and his many fond nieces and nephews.

A funeral service and visitation for Martha Streger, 101, resident of Arlington Hts. for over 50 years, took place Tuesday, Nov. 14 at Faith Lutheran Church, 431 Arlington Hts. Rd. in Arlington Hts. Interment private.
Martha was born May 21, 1905 in Cisco, Tx. to Emil and Marie (nee Blum) Griephan. She died Saturday, Nov. 11 at Church Creek Healthcare Center in Arlington Hts., where she has resided for the last nine years.
She was a lifelong member of Faith Lutheran Church, where she was an active participant and supporter in the Altar Guild. An avid gardener, she grew prize winning peonies and was known for her crocheting and needlework.
Martha was preceded in death by her husband William F. Streger and her son-in-law Martin Voise. She is survived by her daughters Esther Voise and Ruth (Leonard) Anderson, her grandchildren Valerie (Don) Ward, Adrienne (Rick) Mottweiler, Craig (Sharon) Anderson and Scott (Carol) Anderson, her great grandchildren Lindsay Ward, Courtney (Kiyoshi) Ihara, Jennifer Ward, Brook Mottweiler, Mike Mottweiler, Caitlin Anderson, Chase Anderson, and Trent Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Faith Lutheran Church Altar Guild or to a charity of donor's choice.

A funeral mass for Cecile Ann Wills, 86, took place Tuesday, Nov. 14, at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home in Niles.
Visitation was held Monday, Nov. 13 at the funeral home.
Wills is survived by her husband Glenn Wills; daughters Nancy (Steve Costa) Santopadre, Irene (Michael) Levato and Kathy (Edward) Fraser. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother Hattie (nee Zydorwicz) Heraty and father Herbert Heraty.
Interment was at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

A funeral service and visitation for Howard Zaccard, 85, formerly of Rolling Meadows, took place Sunday at the Meadows Funeral Home in Rolling Meadows.
Mr. Zaccard was born July 24, 1921 in Chicago. He worked for Allied Chemical and Jewel Food Stores and was a Navy Veteran of World War II. He passed away Friday, Nov. 17 at Manor Care of Arlington Hts.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Doris Zaccard. He is survived by his children Randel Zaccard, Terrell Zaccard, Russell (Angelika) Zaccard, and Laurel Scalafini, and his brother Ronald Zaccard. He was grandfather of thirteen and great grandfather of thirteen.
