Niles Mayor Points To Progress 3 Months Into Term

Mayor Andrew Przybylo looked back at his first three months in office during last week’s Niles Village Board meeting.

Discussing many pledges made during the campaign, Przybylo said the timeline for a major $32 million flood mitigation program, that began under former Mayor Robert Callero, was stepped up and its implementation time cut in half from four years to two. That project is set to break ground in spring 2014.
