A Walmart Neighborhood Market is proposed for the site of the former AMF bowling alley at 3245 Kirchoff Rd. in Rolling Meadows.

Representatives from the chain presented information to aldermen during the city’s Committee of the Whole meeting on Tuesday, July 16. Tracy Richard, a civil engineer for the project, explained the store would not be like a supercenter with both dry goods and grocery. “It is intended to be a local neighborhood store.”
