Rosemont's Hummel Museum Opens

After more than a year of work and planning, the Donald E. Stephens Museum of Hummels officially opened on Sunday Mar. 13, 2011 with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Village Trustees and Mayor Brad Stephens with museum curator Betty Rossi participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony. Rossi on that day was also recognized for her 25 years of service with the Village of Rosemont. The museum is open daily with tours available by appointment. Call 847-692-4000 for information. The museum is located on the south side of Higgins Road west of River Road.
