Three Charged In Police Narcotics Search

The Mt. Prospect Police Dept. along with help from the Hoffman Estates Police Dept. arrested three individuals from unincorporated Cook County after cannabis was allegedly seized from their home.

Both police departments conducted a narcotics search warrant on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at 3029 Lynn Ct., located north of I-90 and west of Busse Road.

According to police, the search of the home resulted in a seizure of a significant quantity of cannabis and cash. Additionally, a handgun was also recovered from the residence.  The Mt. Prospect Police Dept. arrested residents Stacy Pischke, 21, and Mark J. Gagliano, 23, and charged each with one count of possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.

Pischke was also charged with two counts of endangering the life of a child for allegedly having illegal drugs in the house containing two children.

Also arrested was Jonathan T. Young, 30, who was charged with one felony count of possession of cannabis, and one misdemeanor count of possession of cannabis. Young was also charged with two counts of endangering the life of a child for allegedly having an accessible weapon in the house containing children.

Gagliano's and Pischke's probation was revoked and no bond was set. Young's bond was set at $15,000.

All three are expected to appear back in a Rolling Meadows courtroom on Thursday, Nov. 19 at 9 a.m.
