Lions Club Trivia Night To Help Celebrate 50th Anniversary

The Elk Grove Village Lions Club will host a charity trivia night next month as part of its 50th anniversary celebration this year.

The Lions Club will donate money raised at the event to charitable causes in Elk Grove Village.

Teams are encouraged to register for the event and dress up for the occasion.

Trivia has been determined in 10 categories of famous duos, silhouettes, dot com, the White House, the 1980's, games, sports, "let's eat" and numbers.

The event will be held on Saturday, Apr. 12 in the Queen of the Rosary Church gymnasium. Doors will open at 6 p.m., the contest will start at 7 p.m. Advance registration is required.

During their 50 years in the village, the Lions have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of donations including several vehicles to the fire and police departments.

They also donated a bus and pool to the park district.
