Culligan Will Move Headquarters To Rosemont

Not only is Rosemont a center for conventions, shows and entertainment, but a home to many businesses and their headquarters.
Global water company Culligan International Co. will join the Rosemont community and relocate its headquarters to the village this spring.
About 75% of Rosemont is comprised of commercial and industrial buildings, housing thousands of businesses and millions of square feet of office space.
The remaining 25% of Rosemont consists of residences sprinkled in four major nooks in town. One area blocks in single family homes behind a gated guard house while another area, less than a couple blocks long, houses a condominium complex. Two other residential parts of town stretch less than a square mile and are filled with a series of apartment buildings.
The rest of the village is composed of office buildings and village-owned facilities like the Rosemont Theater, Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Allstate Arena, over a dozen hotels and several office buildings.
Seventy-one year old water-treatment company Culligan currently is located in Northbrook and reportedly looks to make the move to Rosemont in May.
Culligan will move into the Riverway West building on 9399 W. Higgins Rd. situated between on the southeast corner of River Road near the Rosemont-Des Plaines border.
The company agreed to lease 78,000 sq. ft. at the office building, occupying just under 30% of the 261,000 sq. ft. facility.
